I’ve gone on-record on this site admitting that while I love a healthy, delicious homemade meal, I usually want it to be as easy as possible during the week. And truth be told, after a long day sometimes I’m not in the mood to cook at all. On those nights, I dig through my freezer to see if past-me has hooked present-me up with any meals I can pop in the microwave or oven.
